I am very passionate about teaching all subjects, though math is my favorite. I also enjoy using technology as much as I can. I believe it is important to work together as a classroom family. We will be spending a lot of time together so it is critical to treat each other with empathy, kindness, and compassion. I know that each of you have a different brain which means that you think and learn differently. It is my job as your teacher to help you grow as a learner and as a person of good character.

 

Want to know a little bit about me? When I'm not grading papers or planning innovative lessons, you can find me at the gym or spending time with family and friends. Staying healthy is a large part of my life along with staying close to the people I love and care about. I spend a lot of time outdoors - it's my favorite place to be! Traveling is definitely a hobby of mine.

 

I grew up in Parker, CO and can't see myself living anywhere else but Colorado. I went to Ponderosa High School all four years and then moved to Greeley, CO for four years to pursue my love of working with kids. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2012 and got my first job teaching Pre-K at a private school in Castle Pines the week I graduated.
